Seems that people in our class love to reject the truth and follow mistakes... Rumors are chosen to follow instead of solid and concrete evidence and the cycle goes on. They prefer to side by the ways backed by the word of mouth and refuse to accept evidence of their folly. Peer pressure seems to play a part here, maybe fear of being a loser too... You can call those people... Dastardy Sore Losers...

Why should we care so much? Well, those people ( the Dastardy Sore Losers ) are in our class! Unless you're the sort who don't really care... Small matter? Oh.. let's wait till you're the one trying to persuade ( Dastardy Sore Losers )them to change their ways and they reject you, hinting the fact that you're the foolish and ignorant one. We all know they are the true ignorant ones...So question is...Should we not bother them? Or try to persuade them till they realize their mistake? Emotions may just break off friendships suddenly I must say...for I was the person trying to get someone to learn about his/her foolishness, but only to be rejected and mauled by that person. Feelings got the better of me and I decided to let that matter go...which meant that I did not savage the situation nor the broken friendship. This might sound a little childish but well, they are true... just wait till you are the victim of such a thing...

Now, I know this is so complicated but well, I'll give a simple example....

A learned from several of his friends about hoping on crocodiles' noses to reach another end of a moat. This was intended as a "short-cut" as it was an easier way home than crossing the bridge.
B, A's best friend, knew that jumping on crocodiles' noses is indeed very dangerous and A is risking his life doing that since the moat is filled with crocodiles.
The next day, B told A about the dangers. A was pissed off by B's "sarcastic" and "stupid" advices and started a quarrel with B. A then went home, leaving B behind.
B was definitely angry too, his best friend not only rejected his advice, but taunted him too. B's heartbroken. However, B was not an aggressive sort of person and decides to let A be. He never talked to A ever again.

I added sort of humor in this story so that it won't really be boring and also, the consequence of not heeding "XXX"'s advice was his life in that story. In fact, the consequence can be anything. A might not have died in the story but how he treated B is definitely unpleasant.

Share your views. Who's right? What should B do? What should A do? Leave your comments in the Chatbox below.
